Careers for Engineers
When we learn that a Connecticut company is downsizing its engineering operation or looking for engineers, we send out an eblast to CT small businesses. Our goal is to keep gifted engineers in the state while helping companies tap into Connecticut's talent pool. This program also encourages engineers to mentor students, the next generation engineering workforce.

If you are a Connecticut resident, with an engineering background/degree, looking for a job at a technology company or innovative manufacturer in the state, simply do the following:
- Email your resume to us
- Provide a job title that interests you
- Provide 3-5 sentences that show your strengths in support of the job you are seeking

Jobs Available – Employers Posting Jobs
If you have jobs available at your technology/innovative manufacturing company, simply email your job posting(s) to us. We accept positions that are full time, part time, contract, volunteer, etc.
There is no cost to be involved.
Examples of Technology Jobs:
Engineers, scientists, chemists, researchers, business developers, grant writers, project managers, software designers, aerospace positions, bioscience positions, adjunct professors, etc.
