Weston Software is one of six Hewlett Packard alliance partners that recently received the 2010 HP AllianceONE Converged Infrastructure Partner of the Year Award. This award recognizes alliance partners that have “made significant contributions to the advancement of converged infrastructure through the development of winning solutions that demonstrate the utmost in client value with an innovative approach to solving real business issues.”
Weston Software won in the Best Converged Infrastructure Cross-Platform Management Solution category. Its solution, the PowerOne systems software management tool, enables agent-less control of more than 280 variations of UNIX, Linux and Mac from a simple point and click interface. In simple terms, the product streamlines the management of multiple computer systems commonly found in large organizations.
In July, Connecticut Innovations made a seed investment in Weston Software.
