CI received national recognition in 2007, winning the Excellence in TBED Award from the SSTI, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving state and regional economies through science, technology and innovation.  The award recognized CI and its Eli Whitney Fund for successfully increasing early-stage technology companies’ access to capital.
